Team 7983F has been spreading awareness and interest in STEM throughout our community in many different ways. Logan has worked with his boy scout troop on his eagle project where he designed and build 2 wooden carts for a new Middle School team. Peter has also volunteered at a local science museum, working on LEGO mindstorms robots with young elementary level students, along with spreading interest in the VEX program. Our team is very active in the local competitions for High School and Middle School. We have put many hours into helping run high school events and tournaments, as well as refereeing matches for middle school.Overall, we are a very active team and are all interested in STEM careers after high school.
