Since I first joined I always thought that robotics was just about putting metal together and coding, but the longer I stayed the more I realized it isn't just metal and coding, its also about opening up to other people and sharing achievements, our program has grown since I first started my freshman year and as a female veteran I feel honored to share my journey with all these amazing people, I made great friends and I hope that as our program grows more, many others kids will get the same experience I was very lucky to experience, it's not just metal and coding!
