This video shows our robotics club from our beginning, competing in our team at the local elementary club.  We then progressed to a community middle school team never forgetting our roots.  We go back to mentor the new teams at the same elementary school even now.  When we are in high school we will come back as junior coaches to coach the competitive teams and help out with the intro teams.  VEX is more than a competition, it's the foundation of our community!!

VEX In The Community

This is our team. We started out in our local elementary school. We competed together until some of us graduated from 6th grade. Then, we formed a community middle school team. We go back to that elementary school and mentor the Introduction to Robotics Class. When we're in High School, we'll come back as junior coaches and mentor the Competitive Robotics class. This program has come full circle and is now a self sustaining program. VEX is more than a competition, it's the foundation of our community!
