This project is about making a chain tool that can make putting on chain go faster and a lot easier in cramped spaces. This tool will be designed to be easy to use, simple, fast to print, small, and customizable.  I used Fusion 360 to design this tool and this is my first time using it. I found the program pretty easy to learn but I am still getting the hang of it. My design was very simple but I can see how using Fusion 360 helps alot in 3D design and getting it done fast. The tool I designed is used to keep the chain tight while you are connecting it. I have found during competitions that it is really dificult to get a tight chain together quickly and easily. Also, since I am a solo team, it works almost like a second set of hands but it doesn't get in the way. Designing this tool with Fusion 360 was really fun and I think it was a great way to learn CAD. Fusion 360 or TinkerCAD will also allow you to customize the tool with your team number or logo which is pretty cool. One thing I noticed that when i got the tool 3D printed is that I probably should have spent more time measuring because the tool doesn't actually fit in between 4 links correctly. I think this is because I did not account for my friends 3D printer settings and this was also my first time using fusion 360.   In the v3 design I made the part alot slimmer and also decided to import a link of vex chain so I can test it before I print it. With the new design I ended up shortening the gap in between the prongs by a bit and also made the prongs a little stronger by having an extra 10mm connected to the body unlike the v1 and v2.
