Disassembly of a Segway i2 SE PT

For this challenge, we chose to disassemble a Segway i2 SE PT to learn more about one of the first self-balancing mobility devices of its time. We wanted a better understanding of how the Segway devices were able to perform so accurately and robustly, as well as understanding how they were able to make their device balance itself. We found many components within the device, and our report details the unique and interesting interactions between them, along with discussing some of the design decisions made internally.
