For the past few years, 8059Blank. has been a predominantly all-boys club. However, this changed in the 2021 when the club made an effort to be more inclusive and diverse. This submission details how the addition of 2 female members into 8059B has Tipped the Scales with Girl Power, with our team's work process now enriched by our diverse backgrounds. We can proudly say that we are helping to recruit other girls and letting them experience what a joy being in STEM is.
