While being predominantly male in higher-paying occupations like engineering and computer science, the industry unfairly tips the women to the lower end of the wages in such roles. 95070G aims to balance the scale of gender equality, and be inclusive to all. We have a diverse spread of leadership positions and strive to provide a welcoming environment where all can thrive while exploring their interests in STEM.
