GEARS 323V has a passion for teaching and mentoring other robotics teams in the Indiana Robotics Community. When we were novices in robotics, there were many times we did not know where to go for help. We don't want any team in our community to feel that way. Many teams have been encouraged by our advice and we see teams improving. We believe the concepts we are teaching will make a lasting difference as robotics students continue to build skills for their future and pass on the knowledge and skills to the next generation. We love the robotics community and are thrilled to be giving back!
