This video is team 2952D’s STEM Research Project. Our team is located in Naperville, Illinois, and the organization that we signed up to participate for is mySTEMbuddy. The problem that our team took into consideration is that Earth, and more of the Universe, is barely known. We only know about basic things like other planets in the Milky-way, and we barely know about the oceans and bodies of water. We wanted to create a solution to solve this problem. The first thing that came into our minds was tardigrades. We know that these animals are very special, because they have been sent to the vacuum of space, and they returned in perfect shape. Scientists have also proved that they can survive large amounts of radiation. If we can make make use of them and tinker them to add electronics in their brains, we will be able to discover more of the unknown that scientists want to figure about.
