Our process started with a template of spreading our goal to inspire future stem careers through robotic education. Over the past few years we have held learning events for the local students to spread robotic education in our community through Vex kits. With these events we compiled photos to use in our recruitment poster along with free clipart's & inspiring quotes while carving our poster in Photoshop to create a recruitment poster to inspire involvement in students, mentors through VEX.
