In an alternative reality, Europe is in shambles as the Warsaw Pact still prevails. Poverty and economic depression wreak havoc on the continent, the world's major nations conspire to gain control of their discontent puppet states. When war strikes, and resources are sparse, a rampage by NATO and the USSR begins. It soon becomes clear, the only way to save Europe, is to draw arms once again.
