Our theme is a government PSA, announcing that a giant evil robot has started attacking civilians. The government created robot suits to combat it, but requires skilled users to control them and protect the people. The government places a large bounty on the giant evil robot and sets up a tournament to find the needed skilled robots. In the announcement, it is explained how the competition will take place and the various objects/rules.
