Using Autodesk Inventor Professional 2022, we designed a polycarbonate motor insert that allows us to utilize the maximum speed of a V5 motor while maintaining simplicity, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Please download all .ipt and .iam files into a folder. The main assembly is called "V5 Motor- 3600 rpm.iam". The part we designed is the "Motor Insert Assembly.iam" which is nested inside the main assembly.
