Living in the heart of the Bay Area, the lack of female representation in the engineering field is a prevalent issue that needs to be improved on. Creating new ways of collaborating, emphasizing on diversity, and creating an inclusive, equitable environment through VEX, we try to achieve it all. This submission showcases the efforts 6374B is making for a more equitable future of STEM and the importance of team structures to creating that environment.
