Our team researched wildfires because it is a current worldwide problem that even Hawaii isn’t immune to as evident by the wildfires that just occurred on Maui. Students looked for patterns and math related concepts/skills while conducting their research. They talked with experts in the field to determine major problems when dealing with wildfires. Using this information, they brainstormed innovative solutions that incorporated robotics. The following video shows their findings.
