Team 315M is from the Paradigm organization. Paradigm Partnering with Google in the BayArea host the largest Girl Powered workshop for girls every summer! This team started the same way as many others who attend the Paradigm sponsored workshop and watch how these girls encourage more people to join and create a diverse environment. They emphasize the importance of working as a team, bringing new perspectives, and following many empowering role models to help them succeed as a team.
