Our poster was created in Canva. We used a job advertisement template and added reviews. We were inspired by the job template and wanted to add a “we are hiring” theme. We asked students that did VEX for their reviews. They were happy to talk to us about their VEX experiences. We tried to make it as fun and less boring by making it sound like a real job. That way more people will be drawn and more people could be recruited.
