In vibrant Singapore, we're celebrating Chinese New Year with yúshēng, a quintessential tradition! Why is yúshēng so special? Isn't it just a fish salad? Well, it's about weaving our hopes as a family. As each ingredient is added, we wish for a good year. When tossing the salad, spirited cries of "LOHEI" are heard, meaning "Toss up the good fortune!" We added our twist to yúshēng, by building a robot that tosses with us, signifying our hopes for a stellar season.
