Nice video guys! All of these are really good tips and tricks for first year teams! This has happened more than once in our team, and over time we've learned from all of them. It's good to see those lessons being brought to light in this video. My one suggestion (but this is simply just my opinion) would be that the narrator slow down just a bit when he's talking, because sometimes you get lost when you're listening to what he's saying, and maybe put some light music in the background so that you at least can keep your viewers entertained. But overall, good job guys! This was extremely fascinating to watch, and highly educational!
