We created a game of basketball with the Vex iq field using a launching mechanism that uses elasticity to launch the ball. It launches the ball into one of two goals on each side. The top goal is worth 3 points and the bottom goal is worth 2 points. It was made to be as simple as possible so you can take it on and off with ease when your team isn't using the field.
