This robotic device automatically turns on the light when someone enters a room and turns it off when they leave.

The Light Switcheroo automatically turns lights on and off when people enter and leave a room. It is meant to reduce the use of electricity when no one is present.

I think with the right sensor placement and programming, you could solve that problem by monitoring how many people are in the room.
