Ramp-Age is played on a 12' by 12' playing field, covered in foam tiles. The field consists of four starting ramps, (two for each team) four center goals, two corner goals, a center ramp, sixteen one-pound rubber cubes (eight for each team) and eight checkered bonus cubes. (four for each team) The match consists of a fifteen second autonomous period, followed by a two minute driver control period, followed by another fifteen second autonomous period. A cube scored in a goal is worth 5 points; 10 if it is a bonus cube. Additionally, the bottom cube in the goal is worth an extra two points. Robots may also park on the ramp for ten points. Parking is worth fifteen points if the robot is not touching the sloped surface. Finally, the team with the highest score at the end of autonomous earns a ten point bonus.
