its a cool design but i question how revolutionary it is. I cant use 3 washers and space it out so that the screw head does not hit the metal or moving piece. Also, it would probably strip easier as the head isnt that deep so the head wouldnt go that far in, unless the opening went into the shaft of the screw but that would be weak and cause these screw to break. I think this idea is kinda cool in theory but wouldnt work too well. Nice cad though!
