A Daily Practice

Our team exemplifies dedication, thoughtfulness, and unity to challenge our members to become ethical and analytical individuals. We don't just build robots, we build people, we build community, we build relationships. Selfie while notebooking

This selfie seems trivial but to me it was one of the most memorable moments in my 5 years on a Vex team. After a frustrating competition, my teammate and I documented the numerous problems in our notebook. Whenever we fixed one problem three more appeared. I was angry and frusterated Then, my teammate used a highlighter as a mustache. We both laughed and took this selfie. This moment taught me to have fun and not take the robot's problems personally.
