This video addresses the prompt centered on maximizing the effectiveness of assigning jobs within the team. Our team decided to enumerate three single steps into dividing work within the team. The first is to "identify problem areas". The second is to "determine individual strengths". Lastly, the third is to "allocate jobs to match strengths". Within the video, team members give their reasons as to why they wish to work on certain jobs, taking into consideration new members and their "individual strengths". By following these steps, tasks are easily recognized and work is amicably divided.
