When we reflect upon our high school careers, we will not reminisce about celebrating football victories with droves of rowdy students as typical American teenagers do. On the contrary, our hours have been spent as a motley crew of individuals, different in many ways from one another, yet unified in our goal. Together, we toiled away unnoticed, extracting needed information from sources like iron from its ore, driven by the desire to see our objectives materialize. It was not glamorous work, seldom recognized nor understood by our classmates, but worthy in our eyes as it made us who we are today. We are VRC Team 8926, Combined IQ... robot builders extraordinare, inventors, thinkers, problem solvers, and best friends.
