The picture shows two students finalising their robot at the 2016 NZ Vex IQ Nationals. This demonstrates that quick finalisation done at competitions need teamwork and perseverance. Leadership skills play a significant role in robotics, being able to quickly solve problems and guiding team mates on solving the robot's issues saves a vast amount of time. Overall, understanding that having more hands working on a robot reduces a huge workload and so, increases time efficiency and the outcome.
