5. The VEX IQ Team I Coach Wins The Competition

This year I have had the opportunity to coach a VEX IQ team. My team has three boys in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade. They have a very simple robot, but with great teamwork and being able to adapt they came home as champions. Two of the three boys have never done robotics before and I can’t begin to put into words how proud I am of what they have accomplished. Since they won the competition, they are qualified for the Indiana State Championship; which they are so happy about. I highly recommend coaching a VEX IQ team if you are able. It’s really cool to see everything I have and am continuing to learn in VRC being passed on to them.   ~Rachel
