This photo shows how the older generation teaches the younger generation about robotics and STEM. This photo was taken at a library tech fair where are team went to demonstrate our robots and teach younger kids about them.

     These last few years, our club has grown five times it's original size of twenty kids hanging out every Tuesday and Thursday. But we don't let these numbers get in the way of growing deep and meaningful friendships along the way. It's my personal belief that we all have grown together and bonded together, and that's what makes our school and club proud to grant us the ability to compete in these amazing opportunities.

This photo portrays how practicing, observing, recording, and fixing can help guide us as we work to improve our robot. Someone is driving, another student is recording data, and everyone is looking to spot errors and ultimately find solutions. We chose the title "Observing and Improving" because of this.

This picture describes the sportsmanship of ten ton robotics after a hard match in the winter qualifiers 2016. With the involvement of VEX we have learned the importance of acknowledging other team members and enjoy the game with teamwork.

Robotics is not hard and boring. On contrary, it can be fun (even the whole time), and this photo proves that. We treat our robot as part of our team. After an exhausting, t(h)inkering day we deserve to have a little fun and juggle the stars.

Every team needs the enthusiastic student that gets their team pumped and catches the attention of others teams during alliance selection.

How competitors feel during a tournament can be one of two ways: anxious or serene. Regardless, students compete in VRC for the thrill of the game and the lessons we learn relating to STEM and the real world; pushing through problems despite being stressed and anxious will have positive outcomes.

Our club has grown five times over in the past five years, so much so that we host our own club holiday "tournament". This picture was taken then, of two of the best friends in club and also co-drivers, and posted with their permission. They really represent the growth of the club, that even though we're getting older and the club is fuller than ever, the friendships and bonds grown there are lasting and true. Good friends work well and efficiently as a team, and even better friends can run an efficient robotics club, as they do.

After each tournament we reflect on the goods and the bads of the game. This way we keep the iterative design process going.
