Samurai Hooker

This year, for this CAD online challenge, we have created a new simple design called "hooker," As derived from the title, it is mechanism in which ruuber band can hook on this modified stand off. There is a thin cylinder wall around the stand off so that rubber bands are secure from surroundings. Also, by this way, the rubber bands are hard to be taken out by accidents. These accidents, we believe, were prevalent, and needed development to prevent this particular issue. With this 'samurai hooker,' you will be able to get a significant help in compensating with the problem.
