Half way through competition and your ranking isn’t high enough. Your robot's not performing, and the autonomous corrections seem endless. You're frustrated but then realize . . . there's still hope to succeed. Work together and evaluate one mechanical problem at a time. Remember, we aren't perfect so we shouldn't be too hard on ourselves if our robot isn't (yet). VEX Robotics has given me new friendships and the glory of being tournament champions. But what I LOVE the most is how it’s taught me to never lose hope and have faith in our robot, each other, and ourselves.
