What if everyone knew that there is much more to robotics then just robots? This video shows our team hard at work and collaborating on our VEX team robot. It shows that we never stop improving, and it takes a lot of people to accomplish a big task. It is through obstacles in which we grow and it is the challenges that we face that makes, not only better robots, but better engineers as well.
We have a lot of stress because of all of the work piled on us, but we have fun along the way. We may not show it but we do have tons of fun. Sometimes we can just be doing random things and we just start to laugh. Though that is the beauty of robotics. Isn't it?
At it's root, what is robotics really all about? Sure, we can get all fancy and treat VEX Robotics like the holy grail of STEM, but that's not what really brings us all together.
It's the thrill of the journey throughout each competition, making those deadlines, working together as a team to reach the ultimate goal.. - which is what exactly? That's right. It's the very annual process of robotics, from start to finish and repeat.
