VOLT Robotics is submitting our new website for consideration in the 2018 Robotics Team Website Challenge Sponsored by Dell.   Our website describes our participation in VEX Robotics competitions for both our high school teams 98898X and 98898Z.  The website is visible to the general public at voltrobotics.org.  Our website address is also provided as  link on our Twitter page. The website was designed and programmed by Riley Eldrake with help from other team members. The website works on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari browswer.  We have not infringed on any copyrights and the website is suitable for all ages, does not promote violence or law breaking. Our VOLT Robotics website is divided into seven major sections: Homepage, About Team 98898, Blog/Events, Photos, Sponsors, Shop and Contact.  The Homepage features a photo of gears along with our team motto “where there is unity, there is victory”.  The gears working together are meant to reinforce our motto.   The About Team 98898 page features a short introduction to our team along with links to two subsections with more about the history of our team as well as more information about VEX Robotics.  Our Blog/Events page is meant to keep our supporters updated on our competitions as well as provide information and advice to students interested in forming their own VEX team.  Our Photos sections features photos of the team at various events or at practice.  Our Sponsors page features information about our sponsors and attempts to personalize our relationship with each sponsor.  Our Shop page provides a link to our spreadshirt.com page where we sell apparel and other items with the VOLT Robotics logo in order to raise funds for our team.  Our Contact page provides our email address.
