Even though StarBots is the first official robotics team from the school, Marymount has been experimenting with robotics as an after-school program since 2010. StarBots starts on January 17- 2017 as response to consolidate previous endeavors.  Starbots will be participating initially in Elementary School tournaments, like RoboRave , and Vex IQ, with 14 students from 3rd  to 5th grade
