Robotics is for everyone! NOVA IQ Robotics Team 99808A’s 2019 VEX IQ Promote Video encourages students from all over the world to join VEX IQ robotics because “Robotics is for everyone!”  As military dependents, we have had to move a lot, and the one thing that unites all of the places we have lived is our love for STEM, and competing in VEX IQ no matter where we are gives us a sense of belonging. Even though we moved thousands of miles and had to start over from scratch, we won't let that stop us from competing!  We love robotics so much that we made our own team so that no matter where the Navy sends us, we can still have VEX IQ in our lives. We truly believe that robotics is for everyone.  If you are creative, you can draw and use art in presentations and the engineering notebook.  If you like technology you can program and film and edit.  If you like mechanics and engineering you can build and design the robot.  If you like video games, driving in compeition is the perfect job for you!  If you are organized and like to speak to people you can be a team captain.  We love that robotics is so accessible for everyone and it's so much fun!  You don't need to know a lot to start a club because you learn all about STEM as you build, test, fail, and try try again!  If you don't have a team near you, you can always start one of your own!  It's easy and fun and if you have any questions about starting a team we are happy to help! - Jesse and Jeanelle Reyna   Follow our robotics adventure on Instagram- @NOVA.IQ.Robotics #99808robotics
