Commitment and Trust Teamwork is a combined team effort to achieve a goal that team members have set in mind. It is the combination of trust, communication and open-mindedness with enough dedication and effort to overcome obstacles together. It is not "What can I get out of this team?", it is "What can I bring to this team to make the team better?" It is about the memories created after climbing the difficult endeavors one after another.
