We didn't have enough structure to build our robot so we innovated by cuttting 3x C Channel into 2 pieces giving us a 1x L-Bar for the Expansion and a 2x L-Bar for the Base. It was only meant to be temporary, but it's fast, light, compact, and performed better that we could imagine. It's a keeper and the new "1x Aluminum L Bar" is our submission for the VEX Make It Real CAD Challenge. We never used Inventor Sheet Metal or Patterns until this project. We learned a lot and think this would make a practical VEX product in the future!
