Hi, my name is Katie.  I am 8 years old.  My brother is Casey and he has been in robotics for 4 years.  
I joined robotics because my family started a robotics team.  I thought my Daddy was joking about making a robotics team, but he wasn't.  
When Daddy told me we were going to have a robotics team I was excited and nervous.  I like helping with setting up and putting away the field, 
scouting, and helping eat our food.  
I also enjoy the robotics tournaments.  At the tournaments the scouting was a little hard but I still had fun.
Our first two tournaments we to the Excellence award, but this past tournament we didn't get it, but we got the Think award!  
I think robotics is really fun!
